I had another long-distance service provider. What happens with that subscription?
Once your phone number has migrated to Vidéotron's network, Vidéotron automatically becomes your service provider. However, if you wish to continue doing business with your former long-distance service provider, you must call them to have your service reactivated.

Are long-distance calls between Residential Cable Telephony and Business Cable Telephony subscribers free?
No. Long-distance calls are free between Business Cable Telephony subscribers only or Residential Cable Telephony only.

As a Business Cable Telephony customer, can I get a 1-800 number?

Do occasional long-distance calls starting with 10 10 or 10 15 work?
Vidéotron lets long-distance calls starting with 10 10 and 10 1 and another number through to their respective companies. However, some companies still do not accept calls from Vidéotron. Contact these providers to be sure.
