In accordance with Telecom Decision CRTC 2003-45, Provision of telecommunications services to customers in multi dwelling units, published on June 30, 2003, Videotron Business Solutions makes public the terms and conditions of all agreements entered into with multi dwelling unit (MDU) owners that allow it to serve customers in these MDUs.

Unwritten access agreement

To find out if Videotron has entered into an unwritten access agreement with an MDU owner, please send your request by e-mail to Property management.

Only requests from local telecommunications services companies duly recognized by the CRTC will be addressed. In your request, please indicate clearly: 1) the name and contact information of your local telecommunications services company; 2) the name of the building, if applicable, as well as the exact address of the MDU in question; and, 3) the name of the owner or manager of the MDU.

If Videotron has an unwritten access agreement with the owner or manager of this MDU, in accordance with Telecom Decision CRTC 2003-45, this will be produced and posted on this Web site in the 30 days following the receipt of the request. A confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail to this effect.
