- Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Simply call Customer Service by dialing 6-1-1 (from your mobile phone), or 1-800-561-4248 (from another phone).
- Do I have to pay long-distance charges for calls to Québec if I have the Infinite Québec plan?

No. Long-distance calls to Québec are unlimited.
- What area is covered by the Infinite Québec plan?

It covers Videotron's extended network, which includes all of Québec and eastern Ontario. When you're in the Infinite Québec calling zone, the words “In zone” will appear on your screen. When you're outside of the calling zone, the words “Out of zone” will appear; this indicates that you are roaming.
- Are text messages unlimited if I'm in my calling zone?

No. Only incoming and outgoing calls are unlimited with the Infinite Québec plan. You can always opt for the Infinite Québec + messaging plan to enjoy unlimited text messages.
- Can I use my mobile phone outside Québec?

Yes. You can add a roaming feature to your Infinite Québec plan, or simply pay by the minute. However, you will enjoy a preferential by-the-minute rate if you choose a Roaming plan.
- How do I know if I've used up all my out-of-zone roaming minutes?
