Yes. Simply call Customer Service, by dialing 6-1-1 (from your mobile phone), or 1-800-561-4248 (from another phone).
- Do I have to pay long-distance charges for calls to Québec when I have the Infinite Québec + messaging plan?

No. Long-distance calls to Québec are unlimited.
- What area is covered by the Infinite Québec plan?

It covers Videotron's extended network, which includes all of Québec and eastern Ontario. When you're in the Infinite Québec calling zone, the words “In zone” will appear on your screen. When you're outside of the calling zone, the words “Out of zone” will appear; this indicates that you are roaming.
- Can I use my mobile phone outside of the Infinite Québec zone?

Yes. You can add a roaming feature to your Infinite Québec + messaging plan, or simply pay by the minute. However, you will enjoy a preferential by-the-minute rate if you choose a Roaming plan.
