- Do I have to pay long-distance charges in Québec if I have the Infinite Urban Zone plan?

No long distance fees apply on free unlimited local and long-distance calls between residential and business customers with mobile or cable telephone services from Videotron. - How do I know if I'm in or out of my Infinite urban calling zone?

On your screen you will see either the words “In zone” or “Out of zone”.
- Are text messages unlimited if I'm in my calling zone?

No, but your plan includes 125 messages. You can always opt for the Infinite Urban Zone + messaging plan to get unlimited text messages.
- Can I use my mobile phone outside of my calling zone?
