- Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Simply call Customer Service by dialing 6-1-1 (from your mobile phone), or 1-800-561-4248 (from another phone).
- Do I have to pay long-distance charges in Québec if I have the Infinite Urban Zone + messaging plan?

No long distance fees apply on free unlimited local and long-distance calls between residential and business customers with mobile or cable telephone services from Videotron. - How do I know if I'm in or out of my urban calling zone?

On your screen you will see either the words “In zone” or “Out of zone”.
- Can I use my mobile phone outside of my zone?

Yes. You can add additional out-of-zone minutes to your Infinite Urban zone + email and messaging plan, or simply pay by the minute. However, you will enjoy preferential by-the-minute rates if you choose an out-of-zone-minutes add-on.
- How do I know if I've used up all my out-of-zone minutes?

By going to the "record of use" section of our Customer Centre.
