Videotron telephone service fully supports 9-1-1 emergency services by providing the name, address and telephone number registered in your file.

Use your Videotron Calling Card while traveling on business.

The call blocking service is available on your phone line. It prevents the person you are calling from seeing your name and telephone number displayed on their telephone display screen.

Operator service assists you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Reaching an operator could not be easier - simply dial 0.

Videotron's network is closely monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In the event you have a problem with your business telephone line or if you have a technical question, call our technical support service at 611 (from a Videotron network line), 514 380-7000 or 1 800 561-4248 (from all other networks)..

Non-hearing impaired people who wish to reach hearing-impaired people via the relay service may do so by dialing 1-800-855-0511.

This service directs you to our operators to help you dial a number or for any other special services (collect calls, etc.).

This service offers assistance to customers who wish to make long-distance calls using a telecommunication device for the deaf, a TTY/teletypewriter, or other types of specialized devices to place or receive calls.

Numbers beginning with 1-900 and other special telephone services are billed at the rate set by the provider of these services.

Our long-distance fees apply when you make a call to a destination not included in your long-distance plan.

Call anywhere in the world from any phone in Canada or the US: long-distance fees are charged to your business invoice.

This service adds the possibility of a second directory listing, in addition to the basic free listing (spouse, roommate, etc.) or a sub-registration under the main name (ex: fax, child's number, etc.) or a listing of another region.

The cable telephony service is activated by a multifunction cable modem (Internet and/or telephone) linked to the same coaxial cable as your other Videotron services. The cable modem is installed permanently by our technician in a fixed place in your business location.

Videotron's Business Line telephone service does not go through the Internet. Cable telephony goes through Videotron's private network just like other traditional local telephone service providers.

Videotron cable telephony is recognized by the main Canadian home security companies, including NFPA (National Fire Protection Association), ADT, Chubb and Protectron.

Videotron cable telephony is compatible with most modems and fax machines available on the market, such as fax copiers, point-of-sale terminals, etc...

Videotron's Business Line service does not affect other Videotron cable services. Your voice communications do not affect your Internet data transfer and vice-versa.

The Videotron multifunction cable modem is equipped with a rechargeable battery that ensures your line keeps working during a power outage for a maximum of eight hours (depending on the use of your phone line and the condition of the network).
